Marion York – Elder Care Professional

I’m Marion York — a Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA). I understand the key and sometimes subtle challenges associated with growing older and have gained specialized insights and knowledge to provide guidance to those planning for their later years including addressing legal and financial preparedness with as a Certified Executor Advisor designation.

I offer a client-centered consulting service. Whether you are an adult child concerned for your parent(s), a single senior or a concerned spouse of a senior, I help older adults and their families understand and navigate the complex parts of their journey. I will guide you through the most important issues one at a time and advocate as necessary along the way.

Most of us have a network of advisers – lawyers, accountants, medical practitioners and others but the work of navigating requires one person who can keep the whole picture in focus and then chart a path.

With 30 years of professional experience, I have honed my skills to manage complexity, build deep relationships, understand individual needs, match needs to the best services and advocate for those who need it most. I am able to assess the big picture on this journey called life and have faced daunting situations with both friends and family members. I know it’s easier when you are not alone.
